Southern100 2014

Molyneux Racing at the Isle of Mans

Southern 100 Races.

Dave Molyneux & Benjamin Binns had a great time at the Southern 100 Races with the results in each racemaking the week very satisfactory.

In Race One we had made changes since practice and with the pace hot as expected we pushed the the Bell's hard to the very last corner with Ian and Carl taking the Win from the DMR by less than a second.

Following the Race Dave praised Ben for his ability in the passenger position and with a Fastest Lap of 2m 34.449 we were happy to have a result under our belts.

Race Two and we had a decision to make asking the question of the motor and our complete set up.

From the line we new that the gamble of the set up change had been the wrong direction and with the power having fell away Dave & Ben pushed hard and with the demise of a couple of the front runners were promoted to second position behind Conrad Harrison who had been handed the lead, in the closing stages Dave & Ben pushed the DMR to the limit crossing the line just over One second behind Conrad.
